Crochet Sweater Boots with Flip Flops

Do you love the look of sweater boots, but every time you see them you think, "Hey - I could make that!" Or, maybe you're the type who could wear flip flops year-round if they kept your feet warm enough.

We're here for you! These crochet boots use flip flops for soles, so you can wear them around town, and they are also cozy enough to wear around the house! Your toes have never felt so warm and cozy, or looked so cute!

What you'll need:
- 2 skeins (220 yards) Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick and Quick yarn in a color of your choice
- About 10 yards of worsted weight yarn in a color that matches your flip flops
- Tapestry needle
- Size B (2.25 mm) crochet hook
- Size K (6.5 mm) crochet hook
- Size L (8 mm) crochet hook
- 1 pair of flip flops in a size smaller than you normally wear
- Sharp tool to poke holes in flip flops
- 3/4 inch buttons (6 total)
- Sewing needle and thread
- Stitch markers
- Scissors
- Strong glue
- Measuring tape
